2012 Sew Cal Gal's Free Motion Quilting Challenge

This Month for SewCalGal's challenge

Today I am working on the June challenge.
I am stepping out of my box a little more thanks to SewCalGal.
I have only been drawing on paper, I can not wait to take it to the sewing machine. But for now I want my hand/brain coordination to like this kind of work. If that makes any sense. I probably will not  complete 12 FMQ tutorials anytime in 2012 to be eligible to enter to win a Grand Prize.
But I will defininitely have learned a lot after this is all over.  SewCalGal has been a mentor to me in the quilting world. She probably does not even know that.
Ok, enough talking and more showing you what I am up to. I will update this when I start on the sewing machine, but for now, here is my work.

Have fun and I can't wait to see your project from this month.

  1. I saw your question about being a no reply blog. Try signing in to your blog, then click on Settings on the left-hand side, and go to Mobile & Email. There is a box labeled "Comment Notification Email", just put your email address there that you would like comments to go to. That way, when someone comments, you'll just see it in your email. Hope this helps! (Blogger has changed a lot in the last few weeks, I'm having a hard time finding some of the stuff!)
